1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Product arrived damaged or broken
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product is expired or defective
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp with photos/video of the issue.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened and used (unless defective)
- Products returned after 3 days of delivery
3. Refund Process
- Once we verify the issue, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method (bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa) or as store credit.
- For COD orders, refund will be sent via JazzCash or bank transfer.
4. Exchange
If you received a wrong product, we will send the correct product at no extra cost. The wrong product will be picked up by our courier.
