1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan via Leopards Courier Service (LCS) and TCS.

2. Delivery Time

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 3-4 business days
• Other cities and towns: 4-5 business days
• Remote areas: 5-7 business days

3. Delivery Charges

FREE delivery on all orders across Pakistan. No minimum order required.

4. Self Pickup

If you don't want home delivery, you can pick up your order from the nearest Leopards Courier or TCS branch. We will share the tracking number once your order is dispatched.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp. You can track your order on the courier's website.

6. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unreachable phone number, the courier will attempt delivery again. If it fails twice, the order will be returned to us.
